We, the undersigned marriage bureaus affiliated with RISHTEH.COM, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the collection and distribution of service fees upon the successful conclusion of an engagement or marriage:

• Fee Collection Responsibility: Each marriage bureau shall be responsible for collecting service fees only from the party it has directly engaged with—either the bride's side or the groom's side—as per the initial agreement. Should a bureau choose to delegate its responsibilities to another bureau, this delegation must be documented and agreed upon by all parties involved.
• Accurate Reporting: All marriage bureaus are required to provide accurate and transparent reports of the fees collected. If a bureau handles fees on behalf of another bureau, it must ensure that the information regarding the collected amounts is communicated correctly and promptly.
• Fee Distribution: When one bureau collects service fees on behalf of another bureau, it is obligated to distribute the appropriate share of the collected fees to the bureau that originally assigned the task. Any failure to provide the correct share must be rectified promptly and any discrepancies or delays must be resolved in a timely manner to ensure fair compensation for all parties involved.
• Issue Resolution: In cases where discrepancies or disputes arise concerning the collection or reporting of fees, RISHTEH.COM will mediate to resolve the issue. This process will involve discussions with both parties to ascertain the facts and address any inaccuracies.
• Consequences of Misconduct: Should a bureau be found to have misrepresented information or engaged in deceptive practices, RISHTEH.COM will issue formal warnings to the involved parties. Continued misconduct or failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of the bureau’s membership with RISHTEH.COM.
